The inauguration going to be realized with the presence of representatives of Government of Spain and Slovenia, as it commemorates the presidency of the European Union by that country.

It is very hard to say to whom the European Art Masters Vran and Chabrera belong. The one Slovenian and the other Spanish, but I con-sider them universal. They are perhaps a part of a very limited group of artists which is really independent of actual trends. They are just Chabrera and Vran and belong to the World. Both of them are just expressing their interior world – positive energy and some sort of romanticism and philanthropy. Their art is so particular that it is very hard to link their paintings to some other artists, but it would certainly fit together perfectly wonderful.
